Christmas is around the corner, every shops and restaurants are having some Christmas decoration in it. having some theme to suit the season and festival could able attract more consumers, and the workers will not be bored as working in the same decoration of the shops. my college's restaurant are having some ginger bread baking. those are baked by my seniors with their creative decoration. all of them are having different decoration for it. i love ginger bread, i love its smell too. in these 18 years, i had only eat a ginger bread. i was 10 years old, i bought a ginger bread in a bakery shop which located in GuangZhou . due to i was having travel with my mum. the first bite of the ginger bread made me feel i was really celebrating Christmas. the taste of the ginger bread is unique and until now i still can remember. only that ginger bread of that shop could attract me. others i found in bakery shop, i dont feel want to buy it. ginger bread for decoration.
